On July 24, the "China Transportation and Automotive Engineering Technology Innovation Forum under the Dual-Carbon Target" was held in Shenzhen. Dong Yang, bachelor and master of automotive engineering from Tsinghua University, senior engineer at researcher level. Wang Changjun, Director of the Road Traffic Safety Research Center of the Ministry of Public Security, concurrently Chairman of the China Road Traffic Safety Association, and Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Road Traffic Integration Optimization and Traffic Safety. Mainly engaged in scientific research, design and development, and project organization and implementation of road traffic safety, traffic information and engineering, intelligent transportation systems, etc. Served as an expert in the subject matter expert group of the National High-Tech Research and Development Plan (863 Plan), and deputy leader of the overall expert group of the National Road Traffic Safety Science and Technology Action Plan (2006-2016).
